Professor Donald Wilson is the Associate Dean Research and Director of the Fiji Institute of Pacific Health Research at the College of Medicine, Nursing & Health Sciences at the Fiji National University. He has contributed to public health research and leadership in the Pacific.

With an h-index of 15 and over 960 citations, Professor Wilson's 60+ peer-reviewed publications demonstrate productivity and global impact. He have secured millions in competitive research funding, built multi-agency collaborations, and led research that has shaped policy and practice in infectious diseases, NCD's, planetary health, SRH, and his leadership has positioned Fiji National University as a key voice in Pacific health research.
