Governing Board
The Governing Board is one of the key decision making bodies of the Pacific Academy of Sciences. The Academy brings together distinguished scholars, visionary leaders, and dedicated professionals who collectively guide our mission to advance Pacific knowledge and scholarship. Our governance structure ensures regional representation, disciplinary diversity, and inclusive leadership
Foundation Fellows
The Foundation Fellows are the inaugural members of the Pacific Academy of Sciences, distinguished scholars who have made exceptional and lasting contributions to science, scholarship, and research in or for the Pacific. Their expertise and leadership form the intellectual core of the Academy.
Elected Fellows
Elected Fellows are outstanding researchers who have made significant contributions to science, scholarship, and research in or for the Pacific. They are elected by the Fellowship and bring a wide range of expertise that enriches the Academy’s work and broadens its reach across disciplines and communities.
Secretariat
The Secretariat provides administrative and operational support to the Pacific Academy of Sciences. It coordinates the day-to-day activities of the Academy, supports the Governing Board and Fellowship, and helps deliver the Academy’s programmes and initiatives across the region.
