Professor Bibhya Sharma is a pioneering science educator and innovator who has transformed learning and community empowerment across the Pacific. He has led initiatives such as the In-Country Science Programmes in Samoa, Tonga and Vanuatu, the Right to Information projects across five Pacific nations and the USP mLearning initiative, which brought education to remote communities through mobile technology. His work bridges modern science with indigenous knowledge, promoting transparency, resilience and access to education.
