Three days in Apia bringing the region and partners together to bridge knowledge gaps, foster collaboration and strengthen Pacific science.
Our inaugural Pacific Academy of Sciences Congress: Harnessing the Knowledge of the Pacific, took place on 16 to 18 February 2026 in Apia, Samoa. This was a free event thanks to the generous support of the International Science Council Regional Focal Point for Asia and the Pacific funded by the Australian Government Department of Industry, Science and Resources.
Across three collaborative days, we brought the region and partners together to bridge knowledge gaps, foster collaboration, and strengthen stakeholder capacity.
